  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message. This acknowledgment does not mean final acceptance; the order is processed after verification.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and supported online payment gateways.

  • Order Acceptance: Zaiqa e Khas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspicious activity, unavailability, or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 2,000.

  • Dispatch: Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed after are shipped the next working day.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–6 business days depending on location. Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and issued through the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and contact details at the time of checkout.

  • Zaiqa e Khas is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
